Starter
Get your shop posting properly, every week, without you touching it.
The version for a business that has been meaning to sort out its Instagram for two years. One shoot day a month, fifteen videos out of it, posted on a schedule, comments answered. No ads yet — this tier is about looking alive and consistent before you spend money pushing anything.
What you get, every month
Fixed deliverables. If a month goes by and one of these didn’t happen, ask us why.
How a month actually runs
- Week 1 · Plan and shootWe agree the month’s themes on a call, then come to your shop for the shoot day. Two to four hours, usually during your quiet period.
- Week 1–2 · First batchThe first week of content reaches you for approval. One round of changes, then it’s locked and scheduled.
- Weeks 2–4 · PostingContent goes out on schedule. We handle replies. You get on with running the shop.
- Month end · NumbersOne page: what went out, what people saw, what came in. Plus what we’d change next month.

- Owners who’ve tried posting themselves and can’t keep it up
- Businesses testing whether marketing is worth a monthly spend
- Single-location shops, salons, clinics and cafés
And who it isn’t
- Brand-new shops with no existing customers — start with Growth
- Anyone needing hoardings or print this month
- Businesses wanting influencer collaborations
- Multi-location chains
The honest limits
Fifteen videos a month is roughly one every second day. That’s enough to stop your page looking abandoned and enough for the algorithm to start showing you to people nearby — but it isn’t enough to grow quickly on its own.
There’s no paid advertising in Starter, which means your reach depends on what the platform gives you for free. For a shop with an existing customer base and decent word of mouth, that’s often plenty. For a brand-new shop trying to reach strangers, it will feel slow — that’s what Growth is for.
Questions
Asked before
every first call.
Is 15 videos a month enough?+
Enough to look active and consistent, which is what most shops actually need first. Not enough to grow fast on its own — that needs paid ads, which is Growth.
What if I don't like a video?+
One round of changes per batch, included. If something genuinely doesn't work we'll reshoot it on the next visit rather than argue about it.
Do I need to be on camera?+
No. Product, process, staff and the room itself carry most of it. If you want a presenter we'll bring an anchor, quoted separately since it's a person's day.
How long before I see results?+
Consistency shows in about six to eight weeks — profile visits and DMs first, walk-ins after. Anyone promising results in two weeks without ad spend is guessing.
